Wellness Happens In Connections
We help you feel connected - to yourself and the ones you love
You are holding it together
and it’s costing you
On the outside, everything looks steady.
Inside, the constant worries, the quiet distance, or the pressure on yourself and your closest relationships tells another story.
You want to feel grounded again — to find a way that lets you rest, connect, and breathe.
What “wellness” can feel like.
The noise quiets. You start to recognize yourself again.
You sleep better. Your body isn’t always braced for impact.
Conversations with loved ones that used to spiral badly finally gets easier.
Your relationship becomes more harmonious.
Healing happens in connection…
With yourself, your loved ones, and the systems you’re part of.
We work with people who are done trying to “power through” their pain and are ready to understand what’s underneath:
From individuals who got lost in “successful on paper,” to those ready to reconnect with who they are and what matters now;
From parents who’ve lost themselves in caretaking, to couples who can’t find their way back to each other;
From Special Ops military learning how to be human again after years of hypervigilance, to start-up founders who can run a team of 150 but can’t remember the last time they felt joy.
No matter your background, gender, or relationship/family structure — you’re welcome here.
Wellness isn’t just about feeling better alone. It’s about rediscovering what it means to be well, together.
What We Do
-

Individual Therapy
Focuses on the internal patterns, the anxiety, the self-criticism, and the ways you've learned to survive, so you can build a self that doesn't need to disappear or perform to feel okay.
-

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy or 3-day intensives. For two people trying to find their way back to each other. All orientations, all neurotypes so you remember why you two chose each other.
-

EMDR for Trauma
Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) clears the stuff that still owns you— toxic exes, narcissistic parents, or that one moment you can’t shake.
-

Ketamine (KAP)
Sometimes pain lives beyond words and thought. KAP combines prescribed ketamine with guided therapy to support neuroplasticity for deep healing, clarity, and lasting change.
-

Resiliency Training
Leaders 360 is our specialized resilience program designed for active military and high-stake leaders—adaptable for high-impact individuals and teams in any organizational setting.
What healing looks like:
→ Responding calmly instead of reacting from survival mode.
→ Setting healthy boundaries without burning bridges.
→ Talking about difficult topics—like money—without spiraling into fights.
→ Rebuilding trust and finding safety in closeness again.
→ Trusting your “no” without the guilt - and the “yes” without the fear.
→ Less panic, more present
→ Feeling like your partner hears you (finally)
→ Letting go of over-functioning and people-pleasing, and trusting you are still enough.
→ Having a brain that works for you, not against you.
